Touch Developments specialise in identifying areas where there is a lack of a 5-year housing supply and securing sustainable sites, which can be supported by Local Authorities. We also work alongside Sporting Clubs to provide better facilities elsewhere in the district as part of an 'enabling development' proposal.
Brewood
This large greenbelt site in an affluent part of South Staffordshire was promoted through the local plan. The site has been built out delivering high quality housing including bungalows and 40% affordable housing. A second phase has been removed from the greenbelt for future development. Touch is currently preparing a planning application for a submission in 2024.
Coven
This greenbelt site in Coven, part of South Staffordshire was promoted through the local plan. The site had an overhead Pylon running adjacent to the proposed development. Through complex negotiations with the council, parish council and utility companies Touch were able to secure a planning permission and deliver the site.
