Touch Developments have many links with large and small care/retirement operators. We understand the importance of providing an employment generating use on certain sites. These types of use classes are classified as C2/C3 and are complementary to other residential proposals.
Kingsway - Stafford
A prominent site that formed part of Stafford RUFC, Touch Developments immediately identified that the site would be best suited to a Care or retirement use and aligned to a retirement operator proposing C2 accommodation for the site. The site was granted planning permission in 2018 for a retirement living scheme which was built out by McCarthy and Stone.
