Touch Developments was founded by Graeme Milne, who recognised the fundamental need for vendors, landowners and agents to be able to proceed quickly with property and land disposals, predominantly for residential purposes, without waiting for lengthy board approvals.
Touch Developments can acquire sites very promptly, either unconditionally or subject-to-planning, for individual & corporate clients.
The small niche team at Touch Developments have over 50 years’ experience in both residential and mixed-use sites from identification through to delivery. Touch Developments is currently targeting sites of over 1 acre, principally in the Midlands, but are driven by the opportunity so will flex the geography if a suitable site is identified. We seek to secure a planning permission within a one-to-three-year time frame drawing on our planning expertise and local connections.
